The healthy lifestyle theme was introduced by the World Health Organisation in the late 20th century. A healthy lifestyle means a lifestyle aimed at preventing diseases, improving one’s health, and achieving longevity. Using analysis and statistical accounting, seven types of behaviour required for supporting psychological and physical health were chosen.

2. Abstinence. Smoking cessation. Refusal of other obsessive habits.
3. Correct nutrition.
4. Good sleep.
5. Emotional intelligence.

7. Personal hygiene.
Healthy Lifestyle Development
A healthy lifestyle is developed using an online motivational training technique.
The Centre teaches the seven types of behaviour. After the training, the students not only will be knowledgeable about healthy lifestyles, they will also have a desire to pursue it. The healthy lifestyle groups for teaching children online start every week. The course consists of 24 group classes. Also, individual training with a tutor is offered.

Healthy lifestyle coaching is held remotely, online, so regardless of where you live, you can access it. You just need to connected to the website. We have developed programs for individual sessions with a tutor as well as online group training. To illustrate the high quality of teaching, a test system for the assessment of students’ behavioural skills before and after the sessions has been developed. As a result, trust-based relations are formed between teachers and parents. The parents can see at any moment what their child is being taught and how his/her behaviour is changing.
