What is Emotional Intelligence?

What is an emotionally balanced person? It is a person who can manage his/her emotional state. The level of skills in managing emotional processes depends on the emotional intelligence of a person. Emotional intelligence is a set of behavioural skills of a person’s emotional response to environmental stimuli.  The level of these skills can be measured by the EG coefficient of the Emotional Intelligence Scale.

From 12 to 20 points. The test showed a low level of emotional intelligence. In order to form a deep emotional connection between you and your close ones, you need to learn to trust each other and experience negative emotions, as well as express positive ones.
