Joy is the feeling of pleasure, cheerful mood and happiness. Grief and a feeling of just unpleasant negative experiences are the opposite of joy. A person needs to experience joy as often as possible and it also needs to be learned. Optimism coaching in our centre is held online, so no matter where you are in the world you can receive coaching under the guidance of highly qualified specialists. If you have a smartphone or computer and internet access, you can study at home, laying on your favourite couch, at a convenient time for you. The duration is from two to six weeks. The length of daily classes is 10-20 minutes.
