Loss of a loved one. How can I survive the loss of a loved one?

The death of a loved one is experienced as a state of the highest stress. How can you survive the death of a loved one without suffering? The majority of people quickly recover from the shock. However, some may experience excruciating bouts of mental pain for years. In psychology, this is called post-traumatic syndrome associated with the loss of a loved one.

The pain of loss. How to get over the pain of loss?  

 If you feel this pain is unbearable or the pain of loss does not go away for a year or more, you should think about the help of a behaviour specialist. 

This pain can last for years, affecting the person’s appearance and health.  In behavioural psychology, there are methods for changing behaviour. After learning how to use these methods the person will cease to suffer.
