These are rather painful feelings that can gain a foothold in behaviour and become a bad habit that interferes with socialization, so getting rid of them will require the help of a behavioural specialist.

No matter where you are, all you will need is a smartphone or computer and internet access, you can study at home, lying on your favourite couch, at a convenient time. The course length is from two to six weeks. The duration of daily classes is 10-20 minutes.
