Peacefulness. How can I cope with aggression? How to cope with hate?
Peacefulness is a person’s ability to resolve conflicts peacefully. It manifests itself in a tendency to reconcile, make mutual concessions and consent. It is based on respect for the partner, benevolent attitude and trust.
Aggression is the opposite of peacefulness. Aggression is a learned form of behaviour due to the use of violent methods to achieve a goal. It is usually accompanied by hate, an extremely negative feeling directed against the victim of aggression.
Teaching peacefulness.
The tendency to resolve issues with the help of aggression and hate violates the principles of philanthropy and is also punishable by law. Extreme forms of aggression are considered mental disorders and are treated in psychiatric clinics. Therefore, the ability to be peaceful is an important quality of any person. It is impossible to build healthy relationships in the family and at work without it. Peacefulness also needs to be learned. Methods of behavioural psychology allow learning peacefulness in 2-6 weeks, doing only 10-20 minutes daily.
