What is kindness? Why do we need kindness? How can one become kind?

Kindness means behaviour with a positive attitude to other people, and a wish to help them. Kindness is an obligatory condition for the ethical principle of humanity. Antipodes of kindness include anger, hatred and aggression. As these toxic emotional conditions are mental disorders, it is very important that kindness is your inner useful habit. Society’s attitude to kind people is always positive. But, very often, after severe stress resulting from violence, war, loss of dear people, burnout, etc. the state of kindness is lost. It is important to have coaching to rehabilitate kindness in this case.

Agreeableness. Friendliness. How can one get rid of envy, hatred, anger and aggressiveness?   

Methods of behaviour management in behavioural psychology allow for eliminating harmful states and habits and learning new positive behaviour within 2-6 weeks. For this purpose, you will need to have sessions with a behavioural specialist for just 10-20 minutes a day.

from 13 to 20 points. You may have problems with friendliness? The good news is that it can be changed. You will learn kindness patterns during good motivating training within 2-6 weeks, and you will enjoy being friendly.
