At the end of the 20th century, the World Health Organization analysed and statistically selected seven types of behaviour necessary to maintain the psychological and physical health of a person. They were combined into one type of target behaviour which was, in turn, called a healthy lifestyle. 

The idea of a healthy lifestyle is more relevant today than ever before. The COVID epidemic has shown a high mortality rate in patients who do not live a healthy lifestyle, while people leading a healthy lifestyle carry the disease in a mild form.  What is a healthy lifestyle? How can you learn to live a healthy lifestyle?  It’s not hard to do. You just need to take healthy lifestyle courses in our training centre. After that, you will have not only the ability, but also the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle. The culture of a healthy lifestyle is aimed at preserving human health and longevity.

Healthy Lifestyle Rules

The school of healthy living aims to teach seven types of targeted behaviour:

1. Physical activity: sports and active leisure.

2. Giving up other bad habits: alcohol, smoking, etc.

3. Proper nutrition.

4. Healthy sleep.

5. Emotional intelligence is the control of toxic emotions and relationships.

6. Hardening.  

7. Personal hygiene.

In our centre, we teach how to have a healthy lifestyle using the method of motivational or behavioural training online.

The online school teaches seven types of healthy behaviours. After completing the training, clients not only know how to lead a healthy lifestyle, but also feel the desire to live a healthy lifestyle.

Your new behaviour is trained online, so those of you who live in remote regions and other countries can get the coaching too. You will not have to travel to the centres, it is enough just to get connected to the learning website. To prove the high quality of teaching, we have developed a test system for the assessment of students’ behavioural skills before and after the sessions.
